Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of CertPulse ("we," "us"), a certificate generation and verification platform for event organizers. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.
1. The service
CertPulse lets an event organizer import a participant roster, design a certificate, and automatically generate and deliver a QR-verifiable certificate to each participant. We provide the platform; you provide the event, the roster, and the certificate content.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are scoped to specific events; access can be granted or revoked by whoever manages your organization's CertPulse account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your responsibilities as an organizer
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the roster data and certificate content you upload, including any names, results, or achievements a certificate states.
- You're responsible for having the right to collect and share your participants' data with us for the purpose of generating and delivering their certificates, including any consent your participants or local law requires.
- You won't use CertPulse to generate certificates for achievements that didn't occur, or in any way that's fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful.
4. Pricing and payment
Current pricing is published on our pricing page and may change from time to time; the rate that applies to your event is the one in effect when you use the service, or whatever we've separately agreed in writing. Billing is handled directly between you and us (invoice, bank transfer, or another method we agree on) rather than through an automated in-app checkout at this stage.
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of your participant data and any certificate artwork or branding you upload. We own the CertPulse platform, software, and brand. Using CertPulse doesn't transfer either party's ownership to the other.
6. Availability
We aim to keep CertPulse available and reliable, but we don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that could affect you.
7. Limitation of liability
CertPulse is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
Either of us can stop using or providing the service at any time. If your account is terminated, we'll retain your data per our Privacy Policy unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CertPulse evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date above.
